A Note on the Barotropic Forecast Using a Moving Coordinate System

[摘要] Using the equations of motion on the moving coordinate which moves with the angular velocity of the westerlies, we made barotropic forecasts over the Far East, and the results of these forecasts are presented. In these computations, the Double Fourier Series method which we have reported already in this Journal, is used.
