Preliminary Report of a Rotating Dishpan Experiment with No Temperature Gradient

[摘要] This is a preliminary report of an experiment in a rotating dishpan with topographical barrier and no temperature gradient, to study the effect of topographical barriers on zonal currents in the atmosphere or in the ocean, in the case of no latitudinal variation of rotating velocity to verify the author's previous theoretical results.
