Ice Crystals Grown in an Unforced Air Flow Cloud Chamber

[摘要] An unforced air flow cloud chamber was designed to produce a very stable supercooled cloud. Ice crystals grown in such a stable cloud are large in size but are small in growth rate. Surface markings and inside patterns of them are less complicated than natural snow crystals although the dependence of the crystal habit on temperature is identical with the established result.
