A Distant Reading Wind Vane

[摘要] The wind direction is observed by measuring the variation of the electric resistance due to the wind. A special device is undertaken for the proportionality between the reading of the measuring instrument and the variation of the wind direction, and to avoid sudden jumps in the reading at the endsof the resistance. Two wires are necessary.
