On the Secular Change of Aneroid Barometers

[摘要] The instrumental corrections of an aneroid barometer change gradually during a long time. The cause of this secular change is due to elastic fatigue, mechanical vibration and temperature effect. After experiments and statistical investigation, the author found that instrumental corrections become negative on account of elastic fatigue and temperature effect, and positive owing to mechanical vibration.
