On the Growth of Hoars

[摘要] The present author reports the observation of the growth of hoars made at the Meteorological Observatory at the top of Mt. Fuji.At the top of Mt. Fuji, the conditions being better for the hoar-sublimations, the beautiful crystals can be observed in general.
