Theoretical Distribution Function of Matters emitted from a Fixed Point
[摘要] Making use of the method of random walk, the probability law describing the distribution of matters emitted from a fixed point is theoretically determined, under an assumption that the phase angles of elementary waves from which velocities of matters are composed take random values and they are independent with each other. The theoretical probability function thus obtained is normal to a good approximation. Furthermore the standard deviation of matters is determined in close connection with the spectral distribution of energy of the turbulent field, in which particles are floating.
