On the Possibility of Seasonal Forecasting based on Periodogram Analysis

[摘要] The author found periodicities of 4.4, 7 and 9 years in the annual amount of precipitation at Tokyo by periodgram analysis, and shows the-possibility of seasonal forecasting by extrapolating the yearly values with such assumptions.
