Effects of Co-Administration of Monomethylaminoantipyrine and Cobaltous Chloride on Hepatic Glutathione Level and Glutathione-Related Enzyme Activities in Rats
[摘要] References(17)Concurrent administration of monomethylaminoantipyrine (MAA) and CoCl2 caused a significant decrease of hepatic reduced glutathione and oxidized glutathione levels. Furthermore, the increase of glutathione S-transferase activity by combined treatment resulted in the decrease of Se-dependent glutathione peroxidase activity.
