Effects of Antibiotics on Fibrinolytic Activity

[摘要] References(11)Cited-By(2)Latamoxef, cefamandole, carbenicillin and cefotaxime were examined for their effects on fibrinolytic activity in vitro by means of the fibrin plate method, fibrin clot lysis time and euglobulin lysis time with human, rabbit and rat plasma. These antibiotics showed no fibrinolytic but weak antifibrinolytic activity at 1000 or 3000 μg/ml in some assay systems.
