[摘要] References(14)The drug is a synthetic antitussive, which was developed by Laboratoires de Recherches Mauvernay in France, having the following chemical structure. No formal report has been out yet, but it is said that the antitussive activity of the drug is as potent as that of codeine. It is the purpose of this paper to investigate its antitussive action especially its site of action and other pharmacological properties associated with the main effect.
