[摘要] References(17)Cited-By(2)Subcutaneously or per orally administered CG-315 was rapidly absorbed and widely distributed in rat whole body, especially in the lungs, spleen, liver and kidneys etc. Most of the administered drug and its metabolites was excreted in the urine within 24 hr with a small amount in the feces. Part of absorbed CG-315 may be mainly metabolized in liver to O-, N- or both demethylated forms, some of which are conjugated with glucuronates. No difference was found in metabolism of CG-315 between non-tolerant and tolerant rats.
