[摘要] References(29)Cited-By(2)Intramuscular or oral administration of cytochrome c provided a defense against carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic impairment characterized by accumulation of triglycerides in the liver and damaged mitochondria. The mechanism may involve activation of the mitochondrial function by cytochrome c with the result that ATP production is increased, hence a normal metabolism is regained.
