Quasi-Homogeneous Linear Systems on $mathbb{P}^2$ with Base Points of Multiplicity $5$

[摘要] In this paper we consider linear systems of $mathbb{P}^2$ with allbut one of the base points of multiplicity $5$. We give an explicitway to evaluate the dimensions of such systems.
