Wegener's granulomatosis and subglottic stenosis: case description

[摘要] We describe a patient with Wegener Granulomatosis being treated with steroids and cyclofosfamide that developed progressive dyspnea and hoarseness despite of treatment. Investigation showed a subglotic stenosis. The dyspnea was relieved by tracheotomy. We discuss the differential diagnosis as well as a number of treatment modalities in patients with Wegener granulomatosis and subglottic stenosis.
