Semi-preparative separation of α and β-amyrin by high performance liquid chromatographic

[摘要] The resin obtained from species of the genus Protium (Burseraceae) is formed mostly of pentacyclic triterpenes: α-amyrin and β-amyrin. The separation and purification of these triterpenes were optimized in three steps.
