[摘要] Granuloma faciale (GF) is a rare benign inflammatory dermatosis that usually develops as a solitary brownish-red plaque on the face. It clinically mimics and is often misinterpreted as, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, lupus vulgaris, lymphoma or basal cell carcinoma.
