An acute on chronic presentation of Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada (VKH) disease

[摘要] VKH disease is an idiopathic chronic granulomatous inflammatory disorder. It has ophthalmic, neurological and cutaneous manifestations. The clinical picture is variable and dependent on the stage of presentation. We report on a patient who presented with a mixed picture of early and late onset symptoms with clinical findings of acute on chronic inflammation.
