Life-threatening intestinal ischaemia and necrosis in a patient with cardiac arrest and atrial fibrillation

[摘要] A 68-year old man was successfully resuscitated after sudden cardiac arrest. Following this event, the patient developed intestinal ischaemia and necrosis requiring surgical treatment. Our case report investigates the cause of the intestinal ischaemia and warns physicians to be aware of this rare but life-threatening condition.
