39-Year-Old Man with Voiding Symptoms

[摘要] A 39-year-old white man presents with a long history of lower urinary tract symptoms. He admits to both irritative and obstructive voiding symptoms, which have persisted most of his adult life. He denies any history of sexually transmitted disease, urinary tract infections, or trauma or surgery of the lower urinary tract.
