The 11th International Prostate Cancer Update

[摘要] The 11th International Prostate Cancer Update was held in Vail, Colorado from January 31 through February 4, 2001. As in all the previous meetings, this was an outstanding opportunity for clinicians from a variety of disciplines to learn about the state-of-the-art in prostate cancer. A superb, international faculty reported on cutting-edge advances. More importantly, they put into clinical perspective their views of where we are in the new millennium in the management of this most ubiquitous of all human neoplasms. David Crawford, as always, organized a meeting that combined excellent science with wonderful social and recreational opportunities. I know all participants were delighted with the meeting and look forward to the 2002 12th International meeting, which is scheduled for February 6–10, 2002 in Vail, Colorado.
