The Impact of the New ;;Must-carry;; Rules on the Carriage of Michigan Public Television Stations on Michigan Cable Systems

[摘要] On August 7 , 1986 the FCC announced a new rule regarding the mandatory carriage of local broadcast television stations on local cable systems. This study addresses the effect of the provisions of this rule pertaining to the carriage of public television stations in the state of Michigan on Michigan cable systems.
