Neurosarcoidosis and the Complexity in its Differential Diagnoses: A Review

[摘要] While uncommon, neurosarcoidosis has been reported to present similarly to schizophrenia, with auditory hallucinations and delusions. We review the evaluation and work-up of neurosarcoidosis and discuss the differential diagnoses of these psychotic symptoms.
