An efficient synthesis of 1, 2, 4-triazine derivatives and their in vitroantimicrobial activity

[摘要] A simple and efficient synthesis of 1, 2, 4- triazine derivatives is described by the condensation ofsubstituted 4-(2-chloro-quinoline-3yl methylene)-2-[phenyl-4H-oxazol-5-one and phenylhydrazine an equimolar sodium acetate and acetic acid as a solvent. The newly synthesizedcompounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity.
