Review of the 2-Amino Substituted Benzothiazoles: Different Methods of the Synthesis

[摘要] Amino-benzothiazoles constitute an important class of compounds. In recent year heterocyclic compounds analogues and derivatives have attracted strong interest due to their useful biological and pharmacological properties. The small and simple benzothiazole nucleus is present in compounds involved in research aimed at evaluating new products that possess biological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anthelmintic, anti-leishmanial, anti-convulsant and anti-inflammatory.
