Synthesis and characterization of some new carbazole containingamino acid as b-adrenoreceptor blockers

[摘要] Ring opening of 4-oxiranylmethyoxy-9H-carbazole (6) with acyclic amino acid (7a-k) and cyclic amino acid (9a-c) in the presence of basic condition in water without catalyst gave compound 8a-k and 10a-c respectively. These compounds was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectroscopic.
