Green Synthesis, characterization of novel 1,2,3-triazole-chalcone hybrids and evaluation of their antibacterial, antifungal and antiproliferation activity

[摘要] A series of novel 1,2,3 triazole-chalcone hybrid have been synthesized under green aqueous conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectral analysis.All the compounds were evaluated for their in vitro anti bacterial, antifungal and antiproliferation activity. Prostate cancer cell lines were used to evaluate their antiproliferation activity.
