Kinetic Studies of Complement Fixation I. A method

[摘要] A kinetic procedure is described for the study of C′ fixation in highly dilute immune systems. Evidence pertaining to the validity of the method is presented along with data which indicate that the fixation of C′ does not necessarily yield a reliable index of antibody content.
