Quantitative Studies in Hemagglutination

[摘要] By means of the assay technique described in the first paper, anti-B sera and B antigens from different genotype sources were investigated and no significant differences were found except in the A1B source of B antigen. Increasing cell concentrations increased the HD50 of a given serum and eventually depressed the slope of the regression lines produced by this technique.
