Immunologic Activity of Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Fixed in the Tissues of the Mouse

[摘要] Tracing of I131 labelled rabbit anti-S III in mice, some of which had previous injections of S III, showed that tissue-fixed S III was capable of combining with antibody and that the antibody was promptly catabolized following its combination with the S III.
