The Cell-Migration-Inhibition Correlate of Delayed Hypersensitivity

[摘要] When nonsensitive cells were incubated with an RNA extract from lymph nodes of human donors sensitive to tuberculin purified-protein-derivative, histoplasmin or both, the migration of these cells from capillary tubes was specifically inhibited by these antigens.This RNA extract contained no detectable DNA and less than 3% protein and was inactivated by RNase but not by DNase or trypsin.
