Antibody Response in Humans to Deoxycholate-Treated Influenza Virus Vaccine

[摘要] A subunit influenza vaccine, prepared by deoxycholate treatment of aqueous influenza virus vaccine concentrates, has been shown to be of comparable antigenicity to the unmodified vaccine when injected into young adult males.When used in high dosage the vaccine induced high antibody levels and caused no undesirable systemic reactions.
