Immunologic Identity of β-Lactoglobulins A and B

[摘要] The quantitative precipitin test, analysis for cross - reactions, Ouchterlony double - diffusion plates, and micro-immunoelectrophoresis were used to show that the two types of β-lactoglobulin of bovine milk (β-lactoglobulins A and B) are serologically identical.
