Homograft Reaction in Mouse Radiation Chimeras

[摘要] Homologous bone marrow chimeras were tested by a direct method for a graft-anti-host immune reaction. This type of reaction was detectable at 7 days and maximal at 15 days after irradiation and bone marrow treatment. A possible relation between homograft reaction and lymphatic damage in the secondary disease was discussed.
