Kinetics of Human Complement

[摘要] The reaction between hu C′ and EA has been separated into two steps; (1) formation of EAhuC′A, and (2) reaction of this complex with C′3. Step 1 cannot proceed in the absence of Ca++, whereas Step 2 proceeds in the absence of any divalent cations bound by Na3E.D.T.A. Both the rate of formation and the rate of deterioration of EAhuC′A vary directly with temperature.
