Intranuclear Inclusion Bodies in Cultures of Human Tissue Inoculated with Varicella Vesicle Fluid

[摘要] Following the inoculation of varicella vesicle fluid into suspended cell cultures of human embryonic tissues, eosinophilic intranuclear inclusion bodies were demonstrable in six different experiments. The evidence suggested that the inclusion bodies were induced by the action of varicella virus. No intranuclear inclusions could be demonstrated in subcultures.
