Immunochemical Studies on Tobacco Mosaic Virus
[摘要] Increasing amounts of tobacco-mosaic-virus antigen added to a constant volume of immune equine serum produces increasing amounts of precipitate which reach a maximum in the region of antigen excess. Maximal antibody precipitation occurs in the antibody-excess zone. The relationship is similar to that usually associated with rabbit antisera. The greater portion of the equine antibody is found to be concentrated in the water-soluble fraction of globulin.
