The Effect of Cortisone on Local Antibody Formation
[摘要] Cortisone acetate (Merck) mixed with bacterial antigens delayed local antibody formation in loose connective tissue of Swiss mice. Inhibition of appearance of cellular agglutinins was believed to be related to the anti-phagocytic action of this steroid hormone.
