Active Immunization against Poliomyelitis. A Comparative Study

[摘要] We have been unable to obtain evidence of attenuation of the poliomyelitis virus by 1 per cent sodium ricinoleate.[3][1]Thirty animals received 5 doses each by subcutaneous inoculation at weekly intervals. Sixteen of the animals developed sufficient neutralizing substance in their blood to neutralize a single constant infective dose of virus.
