The Specific Protein in Rabbit Antipneumococcal Serum and its Relation to the Increase of Serum Protein During Immunization

[摘要] Simultaneous measurements of agglutinin according to Heidelberger and Kabat, and of the increase in serum protein during immunization of rabbits with pneumococci show that these two figures are identical. The production of antibody-protein is thus an extra production of protein.
