Quantitative Studies of Repeated Cutaneous Anaphylaxis at Sites Sensitized with a Single Injection of Antibody

[摘要] Repeated cutaneous anaphylaxis may be elicited in guinea pigs at skin sites passively sensitized with a single injection of guinea pig antibody. Relatively large amounts of antigen are required to block succeeding reactions. When small amounts of antigen are used in challenging injections, at least two strong reactions may be elicited at a sensitized site.
