The Local Response of Tissue Mast Cells to Antigen in Sensitized Mice

[摘要] It was observed that locally injected antigen initiates a more wide-spread degranulation of local tissue mast cells in sensitized mice than in controls. The fate of the shed mast celt granules in the tissues is described and the significance of various aspects of mast cell degranulation is discussed.
