Relation of Antibody Titer to Persistence of Antigen

[摘要] The antibody titer in the serum of rabbits injected with bovine serum albumin or ovalbumin was determined over a period of 1 to 2 years. The decrease in antibody titer, several months after the last injection, parallels in general the decrease in the amount of persisting antigen.
