Role of the Sulfhydryl Group in the Denaturation of Human γ-Globulin
[摘要] The sulfhydryl group appears to take part in the denaturation of human γ-globulin by heat and urea. The presence of reagents that react with the sulfhydryl group during the denaturation of human γ-globulin by heat does not significantly alter reactivity with rheumatoid factor and does not alter digestibility by trypsin.
