Effects of Heterologous Antileukocyte Serum on Leukocyte Metabolism

[摘要] Rabbit antisera to guinea pig granulocytes have been shown to inhibit cell respiration, amino acid uptake and incorporation without effecting lipid synthesis. These effects are complement dependent. These inhibitory effects could not be entirely explained by loss of cell viability.
