The Specificity of the Cytolytic Effect of Sensitized Lymphoid Cells in Vitro

[摘要] BALB/c mice were inoculated with L cells (strain 2071), C3H, or C57BL mouse spleen cells. The effect of splenic lymphoid cells of these BALB/c mice on various cell lines was studied in vitro . Cell lines derived from the same mouse strain as the cells used for sensitization were lysed by the sensitized lymphoid cells. Cell lines derived from other mouse strains or heterologous cells in general were not destroyed. The studies provided further evidence of the specificity of cytolytic reaction between lymphoid cells and homologous target cells.
