Antibody Formation by Rabbit Lymph Node Cells

[摘要] To determine whether one cell can make two antibodies requires a series of controls that attempt to detect artifacts of technique, e.g., scoring of cells, and artifacts due to passive absorption of antibody by a cell. In addition, evidence that inactivation of bacteriophage is actually due to antibody as well as data on the relative amounts of the two different antibodies in single cells is presented. The results of the two previous articles (1, 3) in this series are discussed.
