Use of Yolk Sac Antigens for Skin Tests in Rabbits Infected with the Virus of Meningopneumonitis

[摘要] 1. 1. Antigens prepared from yolk-sacs infected with the viruses of meningopneumonitis and psittacosis produced skin-reactions consisting of erythema and induration when injected intradermally in rabbits convalescent from a respiratory infection with the virus of meningopneumonitis.2. 2. The reaction could not be used as a test for infection with a specific virus since there was no observed difference in the reaction obtained with the homologous meningopneumonitis or heterologous psittacosis antigens.
