Inhibition of Sulfapyridine in Human Serum, Exudates and Transudates

[摘要] 1. 1. Various exudates, transudates and sera contain substances which inhibit in vitro the action of sulfapyridine.2. 2. The concentration of these inhibitory substances varied.3. 3. The size of inoculum had little effect on the inhibitory action.4. 4. Prolonged standing did not change the amounts of inhibitor-substance present in three pleural fluids and one ascitic fluid.
