On a Rapid Method for the Standardization of Antimeningococcal Horse Serum Type I

[摘要] A new quantitative method for the estimation of type I antibody in antimeningococcal serum, utilizing photoelectric measurements of turbidity is presented. It is shown that the method gives a high degree of correlation with the quantitative method of Heidelberger and Kendall which has been applied by Scherp and Rake to antimeningococcal serum.Indebtedness is acknowledged to Dr. H.
